Technical Highlights
The GR series adopts a multi-strand stainless steel wire rope spiral winding structure, which absorbs wide-frequency vibration energy through elastic deformation, effectively isolating mechanical vibrations in the range of 5Hz-500Hz. Compared with traditional rubber or spring vibration isolators, it has stronger corrosion resistance and a service life of more than 10 years.
Application Scenarios
This product has been successfully applied to high-precision machine tools, optical platforms and vehicle-mounted communication equipment, and performs stably in the environment of -40℃ to 120℃. After a wind power enterprise adopted the GR-300 model, the vibration transmission rate of the gearbox was reduced by 60%, which significantly prolonged the equipment maintenance cycle.

Hard Anodizing: The surface treatment to make the aluminum mounting bars much more harder than the white anodized way. The color of the hard anodized aluminum mounting bars is more darker than the white anodizing way. Special use for complex or special requirements of the working conditions of the using of wire rope isolators.
