The core innovation of the GR6 series steel wire rope vibration isolators lies in their three-dimensional spiral winding structure. Through the multi-layer staggered arrangement of steel wire ropes, they achieve composite vibration isolation performance in axial, radial and torsional directions. Xi'an Hoan Microwave Co., Ltd. has optimized the winding angle and density of the steel wire ropes through finite element analysis, increasing the vibration isolation efficiency by more than 30%, with a particularly significant suppression effect on high-frequency mechanical vibrations (such as those from motors and pumps).
This design also addresses the pain point of traditional vibration isolators being prone to "rollover". For example, in ship navigation equipment, the GR6 series can maintain the stability of the equipment in complex swinging environments, with an impact resistance of over 15G.
